Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed orders. Delivery to Spain will take between 2 and 10 working days, and between 3 and 30 working days for the rest of the world.
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our website include VAT ( 21%), in the event that your order is held at customs it means that you may have to pay duties and taxes.

Import duties, tariffs and related customs duties may be charged a Once your order reaches its final destination, they are determined by your local customs office.
The payment of these charges and taxes will not be covered by us since those delays caused are the responsibility of the customs department of your country . For more details on the charges, please contact your local customs office.
